Since graduating in 2010 I co-founded my own business The Cutting Room, a curatorial organisation based in the East Midlands, currently resident at the Nottingham Playhouse, producing events to engage and inspire new audiences through digital new media, film and performance. 2012 saw the launch of a new digital arts programme Digital Stage, a new programme to broaden both the artistic experiences on offer and the audience demographic of the theatre. Digital Stage aims to develop and support artists working in digital media and innovative practice.

2013 saw the start of a new collaboration with Flux based in Hereford looking to create contemporary community creative events and exhibitions within Herefordshire.

For 2014 I am currently working with the National Trust to deliver a new visual arts programme at Croome as part of the Croome Redefined project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Over the next four years the project seeks to work with new talent teams and creative responses to develop activities and presentations to provide an engaging, informative and emotive experience for visitors.
